I was rehired in the summer of 2007 for an additional implementation of a computerized maintenance management system at a plant in Kinston. Part of the project was to implement 5S methodology in the spare parts storage room, see the below link for before and after pictures.

Three Dimensional Computer Aided Design
Over the course of my four year degree I have used Solid Edge, SolidWorks, Pro E Wildfire and in my last year took a half year course in the use of NX 4.0 a high end 3D Cad program. I have experience with performing stress and deformation analysis using COSMOS and motion simulations using NX 4.0. Please see the below links for examples of some solid and surface modeling that I have done.
